We consider our staff, our most valuable asset. We have a well established Employment Equity Policy that follows best mining occupational practices and adheres to the Mining Charter.
We are extremely proud of the 3000 members of our workforce. To this end we have an in-house Human Resources Department. Their primary objective is to insure that any labour issues, incidents and staff queries are dealt with appropriately and timeously.
In addition, we employ the services of Dirk HattinghConsultants. They provide the services of their labour lawyers who specialize in Conciliations, Arbitration and Labour Court Adjudication. We have also secured agreements with Trade Unions on most of our projects, insuring the continued satisfaction of our workforce.
